Return and Refund Policy
The satisfaction of our customers is a priority for Novital S.r.l.. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in the manner indicated below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (for private customers)
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, without the obligation to indicate the reasons.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written notice to:

The communication must contain:
- Customer data (name, surname, address)
- Order or invoice number and date
- Description of the product(s) to be returned
- Explicit declaration of the intention to withdraw
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be returned undamaged, unused, complete with all parts and in the original packaging.
- The return must be made within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not accept returns of damaged, used or unpackaged products.
3. Refund
Once the product has been received and its integrity has been verified, Novital S.r.l. will refund the product within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Note: In the event of defective or non-compliant products, we invite you to contact us promptly for assistance and proceed with any replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or clearly customized products
- Supplies for professional customers with VAT number
