we apply this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Privacy Policy") which allows us to inform you about the
use and protection of your Data.

3. What Data do we collect and at what time?
When you use our Site and services, we may collect the following Information about you:

7. How long do we keep your data?
Without prejudice to the specific provisions for the fight against fraud, presented in article 8 of this
Privacy Policy, your Personal Data will be stored in our active database for a maximum of 5 years
from your last activity, i. e. from: - your last purchase; - your last visit to our Site, provided that you
have logged into your account and visited our pages; - your last contact with our support service; -
the opening of a hyperlink in a newsletter or other commercial e-mail that we have sent you (if you
have consented).
At the end of 5 years, in the absence of any communication to the contrary, we will close your
account and delete your Data from our active database and you will no longer be able to access
your account with your old credentials, so you will have to recreate a new one. The deletion of your
Data from our active database will be followed by a temporary storage period in order to fulfill our
legal, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to be able to handle any complaints, within the
applicable limitation periods. In the event that your Data is to be archived at a later date, it will be
irreversibly made anonymous. In any event, and in accordance with Article 8 below, you have the

8. Security and confidentiality of payments
We attach great importance to the fact that your purchases are made in the best possible safety
conditions. Therefore, transactions are confidential, encrypted and protected by the SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer) protocol. When you pay the order by credit card or your PayPal account, the
transaction takes place between you and PayPal and/or the financial/banking institution that
manages the transaction, international services recognized for their reliability in internet
transactions.
We ensure that different mechanisms are put in place in the fight against fraud:

receive the requested documents within the deadline, we will cancel the order at our sole discretion. As
part of this treatment, we remind you that you have all the rights listed in Article 2-6 above.
We don't keep yours bank details on our servers. For each order you will need to complete the appropriate
fields during the purchase of your order. However, and only with your consent, the authorization to
proceed with the prompt payment may be stored by PayPal or the system used by you, to be used in future
payments on the Site. To do this, simply check the appropriate box when confirming payment
authorization.
You can request the cancellation of your PayPal Quick Payment Authorization at any time by going to
PayPal’s website and removing your consent in the Authorization section. If you place the order on our
website, or request a quote, you will have to revert to the conditions expressly indicated on the website of
